He said: "These resources have two differences with other facilities that have been allocated to the industry and mining sector so far."
The Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning explained: "First, these resources are allocated according to the plans of the ministry, and for the first time, we were able to make a link between banking facilities and programs, and more targeted financial resources are allocated."
He said: 50,000 billion tomans of resources have been allocated to 7 axes, including: activating the empty capacities of selected industrial products, domestic manufacturing movement, activating stagnant units, completing semi-finished projects, drivers and bottlenecks, developing deprived and less privileged areas, production guilds As well as the rehabilitation, activation and development of small-scale mines.
Zarandi added: the applicants of these facilities should apply in the form of one of these axes and work in these fields.
The Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade added: "The second incident was that in the resolution of the Working Group on Removing Barriers to Production Leap and the Monetary and Credit Council, these facilities will be paid through the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade system process."
He explained: "One of the issues that has always been discussed in previous years is that the banking system claims to pay high numbers in banking facilities to the industry and mining sector, but activists in this field have different views and the ministry It was also not possible to provide accurate information on how much each unit received and from which bank.
Zarandi said: "When the facilities are paid through the system of the ministry, it will be clear to us how much of the amount of 50 thousand billion Tomans has been provided to which production units and projects."
He said: "With this event, the exact amount of payments will be determined, and the ministry can make the necessary follow-ups to fully fulfill the obligations of the banking system to implement the production jump program."
Zarandi also added in the continuation of this meeting: in another resolution in the Monetary and Credit Council, it was decided to increase the ceiling of granting facilities for manufacturing enterprises.
"Due to rising production costs, we needed to change the ceiling on bank payments to industry and mining," he said.
The Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning added: "According to this decree, the remaining ceiling of working capital facilities granted to manufacturing companies was increased to 90% of last year's sales based on bank credit."
He said: "It was also approved to increase the ceiling for granting facilities and creating obligations of a bank for a production company from 3% to 5% of the registered capital of the covered bank."
Zarandi said: with this decree, it was possible to increase the facility ceiling to a production unit.
The Deputy Minister of Planning and Program said: "Soon, with the coordination of the Central Bank, the process of registering production units in the optimization system will be created to receive facilities, and the necessary information will be provided in this regard."
