Unfortunately, we see that in many cases, non-experts are used in various centers, especially the Provincial Industry, Mining and Trade Organization. Although we have well-educated forces in many areas, unfortunately, non-experts are still used, who often act in a tasteful way.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, our country's mines have a good capacity and can replace oil, while their real position has been forgotten and has not been considered as it should be; Therefore, we expect the Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade to spend more time on mines and facilitate their working conditions.

Unfortunately, there is a long way to go from words to deeds. Although there has been good talk about mining in the country so far, no serious action has been taken.

Obstacles such as export restrictions, weak support for miners and self-imposed sanctions are proof of this claim. Although we have not yet acquired technology in the country, we see that there are restrictions on imports. Imported mining machines have a high price, which can be processed and extracted with good quality if we provide them to the miner with a subsidy and also support domestically made machines.

In the meantime, mineral organizations should be taken seriously and consulted with. If we want the mine to grow, we must support non-governmental organizations and activists in this field in various sectors; Although this issue has been raised for several years, but unfortunately it has remained more than just a word. For this, it is necessary to use experts in the ministry. The Deputy Minister of Mines should enter the field of mining professionally and take the time to do so. The new minister should also use experts who are concerned about the development of the country's mines.

Unfortunately, we see that in many cases, non-experts are used in various centers, especially the Provincial Industry, Mining and Trade Organization. Although we have well-educated forces in many areas, unfortunately, non-experts are still used, who often act in a tasteful way.
