Vice President of the Iranian Stone Association: Unfortunately, the imposition of duties on exports is one of the initiatives of our country's management system, while all countries provide incentives for exports. One of the policies that can be an immediate way to export the country's stone industry is the elimination of export duties.

Malik Rahmati, Vice President of the Iranian Stone Association: There should be more support for decisions in the construction and decorative stone industry.

What is better to pay attention to in the year of production leap and solve problems is to speed up decision-making and urgency in implementation. We should not go in the direction of taking steps to make a leap in the country's stone industry, but decisions will be made a few months later and finally the issue will be postponed to next year. This year has been marked as the year of production leap, which is a continuation of last year's title, which means production boom.

It should be noted that the boom of production means walking and moving and the leap of production means running. The important thing is that mining companies need to understand the difference between a boom and a boom in production and move in that direction.

It is emphasized that this year, producers, policymakers and executives will each work with a production leap approach. To solve the problems of mines, including decorative stones, we must pay attention to solutions.

In the meantime, we expect the Rehabilitation Stone Policy Council or the country's stone headquarters to be formed in the ministry. By doing so, the professions of the private sector and related institutions will be heard and the bureaucracy will be eliminated. I believe that toll policy is a major obstacle to achieving a leap in production.

Unfortunately, the imposition of duties on exports is one of the initiatives of our country's management system, while all countries offer incentives for exports. One of the policies that can be an immediate way to export the country's stone industry is the elimination of export duties.

Exports of the country's decorative stones, which account for about 10 percent of production and account for one-third of the capacity of issued licenses, should be facilitated; Therefore, we must focus on increasing the production capacity of the country's stone mines.

The imposition of duties on stone exports is similar to tying the chains to the foot of production, which we must remove from the country's stone production with the utmost speed and urgency. In the meantime, if we can activate small mines, the production of decorative stones will definitely be more than 10 million.
