Iran's trade with ECO countries reached $ 4.5 billion
Iran's six-month trade with ECO member countries reached more than 9 million 199 thousand tons, equivalent to 4 billion 542 million 530 thousand 920 dollars.
According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, Customs Spokesman Seyed Ruhollah Latifi, in explaining the situation of our country's foreign trade with the member countries of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), said: Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are members, and in the first six months of this year, our country's foreign trade with the members of this organization has reached more than 9 million and 199 thousand tons, equal to 4 billion 542 million 530 thousand and 920 dollars.
The Secretary of the Customs Information Council added: The share of our country's exports in this period amounted to six million 540 thousand 295 tons, equal to two billion 526 million 18 thousand 538 dollars, of which Afghanistan with one billion 108 million $ 798,627 was the first destination for the export of Iranian goods to the union.
Latifi pointed out: In the first half of this year, our country imported 2 million 657 thousand 706 tons of goods equal to 2 billion 16 million 512 thousand 382 dollars from the member countries of the ECO, which has the highest amount of imports from Turkey was worth 1 billion 834 million 247 thousand 948 dollars.
