He added: "This bill is separate and different parts should be annexed to the main area, which is debatable." The Expediency Council raised two objections to the bill, and the Guardian Council also objected to it, citing the inconsistency of some parts of the bill with the general policies of the system. At this meeting, the representatives expressed their opinions for and against, and the final decision was made. About it to be done in the next meeting of the commission.

Referring to the Guardian Council's objections to the tax bill on vacant houses, Toghyani said: "The Guardian Council had raised 5 objections to this resolution in a letter to the parliament, which was amended at this meeting."

He reminded: "One of the problems was about people who decide to sell or rent a house, but their houses are not for sale or rent, so based on the amendments, it was decided to register these properties at the expert price in the real estate and housing system, and again if they do not sell." Or rent at that price, the owners of these houses will be exempted from the law of taxation of vacant houses, and the report of this decree will be presented to the public in the parliament.
