Judicial courts are not allowed to seize and close production units
In a letter to the governors and heads of provincial working groups to facilitate and remove barriers to production, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Facilitation and Elimination of Barriers to Production, recalling the words of the head of the Judiciary, stressed the need to interact with the judiciary to avoid production.

In this instruction, the executive agents of the headquarters for facilitating and removing production barriers in the provinces are asked to take serious care in the strict implementation of the said bylaw and referring to the notices issued by the officials of the judiciary, at least during the last two years, the judiciary refuses to issue Rulings on confiscation and closure of production units and the non-necessity of summoning the CEOs of economic enterprises in various ways, to inform this headquarters of any possible violation of the regulations and directives related to this sector.
