A member of the board of directors of the Iran-Iraq Chamber of Commerce stated that exports, imports and market regulation are the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, adding that since this ministry should be responsible for market regulation, supply of raw materials and basic goods, The supply of these goods must also have authority.
He said that the placement of powers in the central bank, which does not have a structure to respond to applicants, exporters and importers, has created problems in recent months regarding the supply of goods and therefore causes severe dissatisfaction of exporters, importers and people with foreign trade. And they have been working.
Referring to the recent decisions of the Government Economic Coordination Headquarters, he said: "One of the important decisions of this headquarters is to provide foreign exchange from oil exports, petrochemicals to the Central Bank for import of basic goods and foreign exchange from other exports to importers to supply essential goods." And raw materials required for production.
Hosseini said: "Based on the decisions made, exporters can supply the currency from their exports in the Nima system, or from the currency from the export of raw materials to supply the raw materials needed by their production unit or the currency from their exports to importers." He said that in order to facilitate the fulfillment of foreign exchange obligations and reduce bureaucracies, as well as the timely supply of currency needed by importers, this request was repeatedly raised by the private sector from the government, he said: the realization of this important will be an incentive for exports. Domestic suppliers who need imported raw materials are encouraged to export their goods in order to import and supply the raw materials they need from export earnings.
Hosseini said that with this method, the producer will not be delayed in the foreign exchange allocation queue of the Central Bank and the administrative bureaucracy will be reduced.
"Many countries are willing to trade with Iran, but due to the problems caused by sanctions and financial transfers, it is not possible for them, so using the method of purity," he said, noting that cleanliness develops our export markets. , These problems will be solved and sanctions will not affect our foreign trade.
He said that with this method, there will be no reason for the non-return of foreign exchange from exports, he said: Of course, the Ministry of Industry oversees the registration of import orders and prioritize the registration of orders for imported goods.
