Meeting the country's need for heavy deadly vehicles and telescopic cranes by the knowledge base
One of the knowledge-based companies, by localizing the production of heavy-duty trucks and 55-ton telescopic cranes, set up its production line with the permission of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade in order to update the country's worn-out fleet in this industry.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Reza Riazi, CEO of this technology company, considered the research field of this knowledge-based company as heavy industry and said: designing and manufacturing hydraulic hammers, hydraulic arms, cranes and manipulators are among the achievements of this company.
Mathematics said that the latest project of this company is the localization of an 8 in 4 heavy deadly vehicle with a tonnage of 100 tons and a 55 ton telescopic crane with a length of 42 meters. He stated: This product has over 30,000 pieces and its full design and construction length. It is internal.
Referring to the features of the telescopic crane, the project manager added: "This mobile device moves up to 80 km per hour and moves from 55 kg to 5,000 kg tonnage, while the maximum length of the telescope is 42 meters and up to 56.5 meters." Able to increase its length.
The CEO of this knowledge-based company stated that its maximum height is 41 meters and with the help of auxiliary arms 55 meters, and reminded: this system is completely hydraulic, but next to it, a system of smart computers has been installed, which runs parallel to the operator's orders. It constantly monitors that if the device enters high-risk areas or an error occurs, it will immediately notify by sending an alert, and if necessary, will deactivate the device.
He added that the country was not able to produce this type of crane due to the lack of production of its deadly vehicle, adding: "We first designed the heavy deadly vehicle and then proceeded to build the crane."
Riyazi announced the launch of the industrial production line of cranes with the permission of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade and said: the annual production license of 20 units has been received from this ministry. Our estimate shows that 4,000 of these equipments are needed by the country, and the imported equipments were depreciated due to sanctions.
Regarding the telescopic feature of this crane, he explained: "This crane opens and closes telescopically. This section has 5 pieces and they are assembled and integrated inside each other one by one, and if necessary, they can be opened and its length can be more than It reaches 40 meters.
The CEO of this technology company pointed to the target market of the company's products and said: "Various industries such as bridge construction, port facilities, dam construction, mines and construction are the target market of our products that we can meet the need to import these machines with a variety of products." At present, according to our forecast, the country needs 4,000 heavy tractors and telescopic cranes, which if the required capital is provided, we can produce with maximum capacity and meet the needs of the country.
