A review of the latest statistics on housing developments shows that the market is still experiencing a trend of increasing housing prices by about 10% per month.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has not published the statistics of housing market developments for its fourth month. This ministry has stopped publishing the reports of this section since August of this year in order to prevent the increase of housing prices!

But in contrast, the Central Bank continues to publish statistics on housing market developments on a monthly basis, and according to the latest that was uploaded on the bank's website yesterday, the average housing price in the 22 districts of Tehran has increased to 26 million and 720 thousand tomans. This price has increased by 10% compared to September this year. In mid-September of this year, the Central Bank announced in a short news item that there had been a "significant decrease in the increase in housing prices" in Tehran.

A study of housing market price developments shows that the average monthly house price increases by 10% and it can be predicted that in November of this year, the rate of price increase will be at the same level and region one will continue to record price growth in Tehran.

According to this report, last month, the average price per square meter of a residential unit in an area of the capital was 56 million and 870 thousand tomans, which has increased by about 12 percent compared to the price in September.

The highest average housing price after zone one was related to zone 3 with 50 million and 457 thousand tomans. The average price per square meter of apartments in Region 2 during October of this year was 42 million and 298 thousand tomans.

The lowest average price with 12 million and 427 thousand tomans belonged to region 18. In September of this year, the average price of housing in this area was 10 million and 413 thousand tomans.

According to the usual routine, the most housing transactions with 1270 items were related to Region 5, but some housing market activists believe that this statistic originates from formal transactions with the aim of increasing prices in this area. In September 1304, contracts were registered in this area.

The lowest number of transactions with 65 items is related to region 19. In September, 67 contracts were registered in the tracking code system in this area.
