Delivery of land for the construction of national housing to 135,000 applicants
Minister of Roads and Urban Development: So far, 135,000 applicants for national housing have been handed over and are building housing, and 265,000 people will be introduced to the projects and will be connected to the project after filing.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Mohammad Eslami, on the sidelines of the cabinet meeting, told reporters about the latest situation of national housing construction: "The process of opening the accounts of national housing applicants and the initial deposit is appropriate and has accelerated."
He said: "With the nationwide opening of Mehr and Melli housing last week and the integrated information that was provided, the people have also made deposits."
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development continued: Now the tasks have been assigned to the two main groups of people. First, the group that has taken over the land, which has so far handed over 135,000 people and is building housing or is handing over the land, and then they will enter the construction project.
Eslami continued: 265 thousand people were introduced to the projects and will be connected to the project after filing a case.
According to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, some of these people handed over their houses last week.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: "We hope that the people will pay on time so that the builder can complete the project with a special loan from the bank and our commitment to deliver 400,000 units will end."
Regarding the latest situation of collecting taxes from vacant houses, Eslami said: "The comprehensive system of real estate and housing has been put into operation, and in two stages, we sent the list of vacant houses to the Tax Affairs Organization."
He said: "If the organization has a problem and ambiguity to inform, in our opinion, this list is a refined list that can enter the stage of receiving taxes."
