Tabatabai continued: "Takab development requires investment and implementation of production plans, so the operating banks should act quickly and easily in issuing licenses to pay employment facilities to production and industrial units and entrepreneurial applicants."

He added: "Setting up production units related to downstream mining industries and avoiding crude sales of minerals, as well as processing plants for medicinal plants are examples of production and employment in Takab, the realization of which requires the continuous cooperation of operating banks in paying facilities."
