In this situation, taking decisions beyond the authority of the ministry and even the government may be able to untie the knot of these problems. Perhaps the establishment of a special headquarters with special powers and even higher than the government is one of the decisions that can be useful to remove internal barriers and improve the country's trade situation in this situation.
The private sector in the field of trade can open its export route and operate with the initiatives it has taken so far, and for this, it is only necessary to remove the internal obstacles from the feet of these economic actors and give them the authority to act in this field. Let's give.
