Government land has been identified for the National Housing Action Plan
Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization: All government lands in the country have been identified in order to implement the National Housing Action Plan and to be available to those who are implementing these projects.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Ali Nabian stated: A number of provinces have completed national housing action projects and are handing over housing units, and in some provinces the national action plan has been completed and the units are available to the people.
He reminded: "I hope that this plan will be pursued quickly in Kurdistan province and the units will be made available to the people sooner and that this plan, which was implemented by the government with the aim of housekeeping the people in Kurdistan province, will also bear fruit."
Nabyan, stating that the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution is one of the implementers of this project, which builds and supplies housing in the form of this project in the country, added: the lands will be provided to the executives in a group that has obtained a construction license and Build housing.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization added: "If necessary, housing cooperatives can also provide government lands that the provinces consider through the Housing Council."
He stressed: "With the support of the Governor of Kurdistan and the Deputy Governor for Civil Engineering and the follow-up of the Director General of Roads and Urban Development of the province, we hope to minimize the concerns and problems of this project in the province and implement the national action plan in Kurdistan.
Nabyan reminded that government lands have been identified and even a part has been given to the agencies for this project, and said: "Due to the restrictions in the province, it has been announced that if necessary, we can acquire lands for the implementation of the national action plan."
