The export of Zanjan province's industry and mining sector reached $ 100 million
Head of Zanjan Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization: Out of $ 220 million, the amount of exports projected in this sector for this year, $ 100 million has been achieved so far.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Nasser Faghfouri added: "In the province's customs, all imports in the field of raw materials and machinery are production lines, and in recent years, with the operation of new units, exports are also related to manufactured or semi-manufactured goods."
He said that the main part of the province's exports in the mining industry is in the form of zinc ingots, adding: "Unfortunately, with the closure of the Turkish border in the first half of the year, the units had problems and the return of currency from exports and imports faced many problems."
Faghfouri reminded: "Nevertheless, 90% of the province's export targeting has been achieved so far in the first half of this year, which is predicted that if it were not for these problems, the province could have recorded high exports."
The head of Zanjan Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization added: At the beginning of 2014, the volume of industrial investment in the province was 2,500 billion tomans, which reached 10 thousand billion tomans with the operation of new units in recent years, and it is expected that this The index will exceed 15,000 billion tomans by the end of the year.
Faghfouri stated: In the past, the province was ranked 18th in the investment volume ranking, but now it has reached the 12th rank, which shows that the province's development is based on industry and Zanjan has been able to complete the production chain in textile, steel and decorative stones.
