Announcing the list of investment priorities in the industry and mining sector
Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade: Investment opportunities in the industry and mining sector have been published to guide capital in the production sector.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Saeed Zarandi in the investment working group added: "In the optimization system, we have created a section as investment opportunities so that the list of industrial and mining priorities, investment opportunities with an import substitution approach can be informed to stakeholders."
He added: "One of our policies is to encourage new investors to complete semi-finished projects and stagnant units, because we believe that instead of the investor starting from scratch, it is better to revive a closed or semi-finished unit."
Zarandi said: "By partnering with the old investor or agreeing with him, both the waste of suspended funds will be prevented and the speed of launching projects will be accelerated."
The deputy director of plans and programs added: "With this policy, we have made the list of semi-finished and stagnant units public."
He added: "One of the important issues that the production sector will face in the future is the reduction of investment."
Zarandi explained: In recent years, the growth of fixed gross investment has been negative. This means that net investment is negative, in other words, the amount of investment made is less than the depreciation of capital stock, and this is a warning signal for production and employment.
Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade said: "In this regard, we are looking for large-scale investment and investment holdings and public joint stock companies."
He added: "We have invited some well-known figures and brand owners to form public joint stock companies with their presence and to attract liquidity from the people by using the capital market."
