Assignment of 113 hectares of land in Semnan industrial towns
Managing Director of Semnan Industrial Towns Company: 113 hectares of lands in the towns and industrial areas of the province were handed over to investors in the first half of the year.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hassan Albooyeh added: "While the amount of land transfer in towns and industrial areas of Semnan Industrial Towns Company for various industrial and production projects in the first 6 months of the year is 113 hectares, which is about 103 hectares last year." The land was given to investors.
He pointed to the desire of the private sector to invest in Semnan province and said: The biggest challenge of industrial development in this province is the lack of water resources and in order to solve this challenge in the short term, the use of unconventional water is on the agenda.
He said: Purchasing the effluent of Semnan wastewater treatment plant from Semnan municipality in order to supply water to the industrial town and the special economic zone of this city is one of the solutions to solve the problem of lack of water resources.
The CEO of Semnan Province Industrial Towns Company stated: Considering the presence and willingness of economic actors to invest in the province, the development of industrial towns is one of the priorities of this company.
Al-Buwayh stated: The development plan in Ivanki, Shahroud, Semnan and Garmsar industrial towns is one of the development projects of Semnan industrial towns company.
He emphasized: the business environment of Semnan province is favorable with the support of the highest executive official of the province and the executive bodies of service providers, especially in the water sector, are expected to make efforts to accelerate the provision of infrastructure.
Referring to the mining capacities and diversity of the province's mines, he added: The construction of specialized mining towns is another program of this company.
The CEO of Semnan Industrial Towns Company announced plans to receive a construction permit for a technology complex or IT tower and its legal permits in the near future, adding: The purchase of firefighting equipment such as cars to increase the safety of industrial towns in Semnan province was on the agenda.
The total land at the disposal of the Semnan Industrial Towns Company is 6,884 hectares.
