Land and building funds are revived and activated
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced the revival and activation of land and building funds in the follow-up meeting of the National Housing Action Plan and said: National housing applicants should be assigned as soon as possible.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: the implementation of national housing and their timely delivery is the will of the people and, more importantly, the decree of the Supreme Leader. In this regard, some time ago, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution emphasized that the National Housing Action Project, which has been started and promised to the people, must be implemented and handed over to the people in the same government.
He continued: in the implementation of the National Housing Action Plan, in addition to the capacity of the private sector, the capacities of Imam Khomeini Executive Headquarters, Housing Development Company, Armed Forces and all devices have been used and all devices are ready to provide integrated services for housing implementation. Eslami stated: Regarding the implementation of the National Housing Action Plan, the procedure has been announced and the path and strategy are clear, which is expected to be followed by all those involved and its executive agents.
He emphasized on determining the duties of national housing applicants and said: it should be done as soon as possible. Take the necessary steps to fill the gap of 75% of non-assigned applicants.
Eslami also emphasized on following up and encouraging the applicants to deposit money and explained: the files of the applicants should be formed as soon as possible and their documents should be completed and other executive operations should be done.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development emphasized: Special attention is paid to starting projects and following up in order to prepare, prepare maps and use the resources available to the bank.
