The governor of Fars called for speeding up the establishment of a paper factory in Kharameh city and said: the construction of this factory will create employment and benefit from this environmental industry in the region and the prosperity of related industries in this city.

According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, Enayatullah Rahimi in a joint meeting with the Deputy Minister of Industry and the head of the Industrial Development and Renovation Company of Iran, said: To take effective steps towards the development of industry and industrialization in Fars province, all collections, especially the Ministry of Industry and Specialized parent companies such as Idro are essential.

Rahimi thanked the effective cooperation of Dr. Bayat, Deputy Minister and Head of Idro with Fars managers, added: to compensate for the backwardness of Fars in the field of industry in the form of short-term, medium-term, long-term plans to achieve the plans and efforts Those involved in the development and progress of Fars province.

Referring to his meetings and following up the problems of the province in Tehran, the governor of Fars said: "There is good communication and interaction with government groups, and interaction and expansion of relations with Idro is also on the agenda of Fars province management."

Rahimi, referring to the capabilities of human resources, technical knowledge, brand reputation, as well as the power and antiquity of Idro, as well as other assets of the Development Organization, announced the readiness of the province to support investors and provide the presence of investors in joint industrial projects with Idro.

Emphasizing the need to accelerate the establishment and operation of the Jahrom Special Economic Zone by Idro, he asked the Deputy Minister to cooperate in allocating land and infrastructure facilities to the applicants.

The governor of Fars expressed hope that as a result of this cooperation, in parallel with the growth and development of Lamerd Special Economic Zone and extensive industrial activities such as Lamerd aluminum factories for the development and industrialization of the south of the province, Jahrom city will benefit from the capabilities of the private sector and government assistance. And the prosperity of industries in Fars to be achieved.

Rahimi also announced the readiness of special zones in Shiraz, Lar and other industrial towns in the province for investments by private sector investors.

He added that other issues that need to be addressed by Idro in Fars are the issue of increasing investment and development of Iran Khodro Shiraz factory: Iran Khodro Shiraz, which has limited activities with the investment of Idro and Iran Telecommunication Factories (ITMC), can Support the CEO and Board of Directors of Idro to further develop and increase capacity.

The governor of Fars, lamenting the backwardness of Fars in industrial development in the automotive production sector, asked Dr. Bayat, in addition to short-term assistance, to cooperate in conducting studies and investing in setting up automobile production lines and parts in Fars.

Emphasizing the importance of holding these meetings, he added: "Jahrom Special Economic Zone is one of the areas that can be successful with the participation of the private sector in the field of industry, in which IDRO is ready to cooperate with applicants."

Referring to the high technical knowledge required for the Kharameh paper factory, Bayat said: "Extraction of RMP papers with a thickness of 4% to 1 mm from calcium carbonate rocks as raw materials for this product is only part of the requirements for setting up this industrial unit and manpower." , Technical knowledge and required machinery are among the other essential aspects of project implementation that Idro has pursued in this field by updating technical, economic studies and feasibility study of the project to accelerate its implementation.

According to him, the estimated daily value of foreign exchange and rial investment of all operational phases of this project is about 5 thousand billion rials. In the first phase of this year, Idro has a capacity completion operation of about 5,000 tons of RMP paper out of 20 tons on its agenda. 

Explaining the economic problems caused by the oppressive sanctions, Bayat said: "The fact that at the height of the country's difficulties, a breeze of work and effort and demand is felt from the ancient province of Fars shows the greatness of the province to pave the way for the presence of investors and craftsmen."
