The government has supported the national housing plan in three areas

Regarding the government's support for this project, the Deputy Minister of Urban Housing of the Fars Province Housing Foundation said: "The elimination of land prices in housing production has contributed significantly to this project;" In addition, the 100 million Toman facility with an interest rate of 18%, which we hope will be reduced to 12%, is another government action, as well as the elimination of construction material intermediaries and direct purchases from the producer to the mass builder.

Emphasizing the need to produce housing in the country, Parvari said: "This industry, after the oil industry with 35% job creation, has an important position in turning the wheel of the economy and is directly and indirectly related to 300 jobs."
He continued: "Besides, according to the law, the government must produce housing and use its resources in this regard. The best way in this regard is to provide land, which the government has done so far."

Deputy of Urban Housing of Fars Province Housing Foundation, referring to the welcome of the National Housing Action Plan in Fars, stated: The amount of effective demand in the south of Fars is more than the north of this province; In the northern regions, construction is offered at a lower rate; But in the southern regions of Fars, land and housing prices have risen sharply.

Parvari, stating that the expert action in the national housing plan will not be ignored in any way, said: In this regard, we have full interaction with the municipality in issuing licenses and we believe that if we are going to produce goods with a life of 20 to 25 years, we should not Deviate from the rules; In this regard, even the most difficult instructions have been followed to date.

The Deputy of Urban Housing of Fars Province Housing Foundation went on to express the differences between the Mehr Housing Plan and the National Housing Action and stated: Mehr Housing was built on lands outside the urban context and away from services; For this reason, it imposed a lot of money to meet the needs of superstructure and infrastructure; But there is access to services on the grounds of the National Housing Action Plan, and there is no need to worry about that.

The official expressed hope that with the cooperation of organizations such as the Welfare and Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in the field of providing facilities, the lower deciles of society will also be able to enjoy housing in this project.

He also spoke about the possibility of increasing the rate for housing in this plan: the government has allowed the mass builder to increase the price based on the increase in the rate of materials by more than 20% and with the approval of the provincial housing council; But we hope that housing prices and rates will remain stable for at least six months or a year.
