Alireza Razm Hosseini was born in 1940 in Kerman; He has a bachelor's degree in economics and business from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman.

The new Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade was appointed as the Governor of Khorasan Razavi in ​​January 2017 by the decree of the Minister of Interior in Mashhad, and he was also the Governor of Kerman Province in the 11th government and the initial year of the 12th government.
