If we are looking for the most principled exploitation of the country's mines, we must first reconcile the private sector and investors with the mining sector, and then provide the necessary incentives for the inflow of capital to this sector by providing material and spiritual support.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, the mining sector can be considered the mother of industries. No industry will be able to survive without the supply of raw materials, and this has caused the life, continuity and development of industries to be deeply dependent on raw materials, in other words, mines. Although there are many advantages in this sector and the country has significant mineral reserves, but the mining and mining industry sector has not yet been able to achieve its true position, while a brief look at the record of the mining sector in recent years, we find that this sector even in The global economic downturn has also been able to continue.

Meanwhile, the dependence of industries on mineral reserves has caused a significant part of the country's economy to be directly or indirectly related to the mining sector and mineral products. In a way, respecting mines as feeders of industries, guaranteeing their survival, and neglecting this sector will cause a recession.

In the year that has been named as the leap of production, we should try to make the best use of national capital in order to promote national production, and what capital is more valuable and powerful than mines?

As the name suggests, this year should provide the conditions for increasing national production by supporting the various sectors of production. Meanwhile, the mines, with their numerous advantages, need support and investment so that, consequently, the mines and other economic sectors can be accompanied by growth and development worthy of naming this year.

On the other hand, the basis of mining is exploration and identification of reserves. This sector has suffered from a lack of funding for many years. Therefore, in the first step, we have not even been able to achieve a comprehensive knowledge of the country's reserves, and we will not realize their value until we are aware of what we have. Infrastructures such as transportation, road construction, water, electricity, etc. must all be provided for the mining sector to begin the accelerated movement of production in this sector. Because mines are generally located in areas that do not have the necessary and sufficient infrastructure, and on the other hand, the provision of all this infrastructure is not enough for the private sector.

If we seek to exploit the country's mines as principally as possible, we must first reconcile the private sector and investors with the mining sector, and then provide the necessary incentives for capital to flow into this sector by providing material and spiritual support. If we believe in the implementation of Article 44 of the Constitution and the participation of the private sector in the economic activities of the country, we must provide the space for the investment of this sector in the country's mines by removing legal obstacles and providing the necessary infrastructure.

Unfortunately, due to the wrong culture and sometimes lack of culture, the general understanding of the society about the mining sector and mining industries is very correct, so for the prosperity of the mines, this cultural gap must be closed and the general society must reconcile with the mine; Improving the level of general knowledge of the society about mining and mining, increases its importance and position in the minds, and this is the first step to increase the share of mining and mining industries in the national production of the country.

Today, different countries of the world are moving in the direction of using the advantages they have to improve the quality and reduce the cost price, in order to have a say in the global market. Therefore, as a member of the international community, we must take advantage of comparative advantages such as mineral reserves, relatively cheap and reliable fuel supply, and educated and young manpower to build a mining-based economy by moving away from the oil economy. Today, the mining sector has needs that need to be met by the development of the trustee of this sector, the "government", and this year is the best opportunity to support the production sector, and the Ministry of Silence must provide the conditions to strengthen this sector.

Definitely, more independence of the mining decision-making system and pulling its carpet from under the feet of other sectors that do not allow this sector to peak due to more power and wealth can be good days for the country's economy. It is proposed that the new Minister of Silence in the remaining months of the Twelfth Government give the Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries more full authority and freedom of action, based on an official resolution of the Cabinet or the Supreme Council of Mines, to allow this Deputy to interact with Private, governmental and semi-public (public) mining activists should decide and implement transformative mining policies, the least of which will be the increase of employment and income.

To reconcile sympathizers and investors with the mining sector, they must be respected, not only in difficult times, but also in the decision-making and writing of instructions that they must implement, using their power, knowledge, experience and expertise. He engraved on paper that surely those who proposed it would be more insistent and pioneering in its implementation.
