Payment of bank facilities to industry and mining almost doubled
The latest statistics released by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade show that facilities paid by banks to the industry and mining sector in the first five months of this year increased by 93.2% compared to the same period last year.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, based on these statistics, in the first four months of this year, 31.8% of the total payment facilities by banks and credit institutions, equivalent to 116 thousand and 410 billion tomans, were paid to the industry and mining sector. About 60 thousand and 255 billion tomans in the same period last year has increased by 93.2 percent.
However, during this period, the service sector has received the most banking facilities by allocating 37.4% of the total facilities; As the service sector in the first four months of this year received 137 thousand and 90 billion tomans of facilities from banks and credit institutions, which compared to the amount of 88 thousand and 755 billion tomans in the same period last year has increased by 54.5 percent.
90% increase in payment facilities to the commercial sector
The commercial sector is also in the third place with 20.2% of the total facilities; As the commercial sector in the first four months of this year received 74 thousand and 64 billion tomans of facilities from banks and credit institutions, which compared to the amount of 38 thousand and 399 billion tomans in the same period last year increased by 90.2 percent.
Meanwhile, the housing and agriculture sectors received the least facilities during this period by allocating 7.3 and six percent of the total payment facilities by banks and credit institutions. Of course, payment facilities to these two sectors have increased by 48.7 and 73.3 percent, respectively, compared to the first five months of last year and have reached 26,697 billion and 21,893 billion tomans.
