He pointed out: Last year, Imidro's 4,400 billion tomans of debt was paid from 1397 to 1389, but so far it has not returned to Imidro from the place of privatization of resources.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Imidro said: "If the revenues from the mining sector are to replace oil, the private sector must be supported, and in this regard, the capital of the Mining Activities Investment Insurance Fund, which covers the private sector, reached 300 billion tomans last year." Reached, this year it is targeted to reach 500 billion Tomans and next year to reach one thousand billion Tomans.
He added: "Last year, 4.8 billion Euros and 40,000 billion Tomans of projects were defined from the profits of companies in the mining sector and mining industries, and this policy continues."
Gharibpour pointed out: The export value of the mining and mineral industries sector reached $ 8.5 billion last year, of which the share of Imidro and its affiliated units amounted to $ 3.5 billion.
"Today, there are more than 4,000 inactive mines in the country. Last year, the opening of 150 mines was on the agenda, and this year, 200 mines are planned," said the CEO of Imidro, regarding the plan to rehabilitate and activate small-scale mines.
Dariush Ismaili, Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries of the Ministry of Industry, in his first press conference, which was held in the form of a video conference, announced the plan to activate one thousand mines this year.
Gharibpour, in connection with the cooperation for the activities of decorative stone and facade mines, also said: "Currently, there are 900 inactive mines in this section, and we are trying to give a boost to this section with pathology related to the problems of this section of mines."
Although Iran is always among the top five producers of decorative stone and facade in the world and annual production of 12 to 14 million tons, the export value of this sector is estimated at about 350 to 500 million dollars per year.
The Chairman of the Executive Board of Imidro mentioned the activation of the precious and semi-precious stones sector as a new work of this organization that a bazaar has been set up in this regard in Isfahan and activated in Sarakhs and Mashhad is about to be completed and is expected in the period Create 15,000 jobs in five to six years.
He said: "According to the activation plan of Hepco factory (manufacturer of road construction and heavy machinery), a contract of 40 million Euros is now ready, which is in the field of construction."
