Recipients of fishing checks can be informed of the credit status of the check issuer by referring to the information base of the Central Bank and sending the 16-digit inquiry ID contained in these checks.
According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, in order to develop the services of the integrated electronic check issuance system (Sayad) and with the aim of creating transparency in the business environment by providing an inquiry service related to customers' returned check records, the bank is aware of the issuer's credit status. The fishing check could be exploited by making an inquiry through the Central Bank information base.
Applicants can be informed of the credit status of the check issuer by referring to the inquiry page of the credit status of the fishing check in the information base of the Central Bank, by sending the 16-digit inquiry ID contained in the fishing checks.
