According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, the Chairman of the Executive Board of Imidro announced: This year, this organization has allocated three hundred and fifteen billion rials for the development of mines in North Khorasan.
Khodadad Gharibpour said in a meeting of the North Khorasan Province Mines Council: "This organization has allocated two hundred billion rials for the province's mineral exploration and one hundred and fifteen billion rials for the Albalagh mine protection project."
He continued: Now the project consultant has been selected for an area of six thousand square kilometers and has been introduced to the province and the consultant has started his work. The zone will be delivered on time (within one year).
"If new areas are handed over, we are ready to carry out exploration activities in them," said the chairman of Imidro's executive board.
Completion of the search phase of Albalagh mine by the end of November
Gharibpour, pointing out that the exploration zone of the Albagh lead and zinc mine was given to us in late May, clarified: the environmental permit of this mine was received and now, the first phase of identifying this mine has been done and a license has been issued.
He continued: in the search phase, three hundred and forty samples were sent to the laboratory of the Mineral Processing Research Center and the whole search phase will be completed by the end of November. The Chairman of the Executive Board of Imidro said: "With the cooperation of the relevant institutions, thirty-six illegal tunnels were blocked in the Albalagh mine by conducting drilling and firing operations."
He continued: "Also, two containers have been deployed for exploration operations." A tender was also held for the protection of the mine, but due to the conditions in the area, it was not accepted and the tender is to be renewed.
Welcoming the presence of the private sector in the creation of processing industries
The Chairman of the Executive Board of Imidro stated that Imidro welcomes the presence of the private sector in the establishment of processing industries in the region, and acknowledged: Will attend.
He continued: "This working group will examine the issue of mining infrastructure, granting facilities from the investment insurance fund for mining activities and the obstacles facing these mines."
Proposal to join Esfarayen Steel to Mobarakeh Steel
Gharibpour, announcing Imidro's readiness to transfer Esfarayen Steel to Mobarakeh Steel Company, stated: Esfarayen Steel has had a good production process so far, but it has suitable capacities for developing alloy steels and creating more added value.
He continued: "We hope that by joining Esfarayen Steel to Mobarakeh Steel Company, it will lead to the growth and development of Esfarayen."
