The judiciary of South Khorasan is trying to solve the problems of economic actors and return them to the field of production by holding meetings of the Committee for Judicial Support of Investment in the province.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, economic activists as powerful arms of South Khorasan in the province's economy are not happy. At a time when the wise leader of the revolution has been seeking to draw the attention of officials to this important issue by naming the slogan of the year on the issues of production and official economy, economic activists in the province are suffering from problems such as added value and bank stone-throwing.

Before noon on Sunday, the Committee for Judicial Support of Investment and the Resistance Economy of South Khorasan was held to investigate the problems of some production and industrial units in the province.

Taxes are still involved

An investor in the production of light structures stated in the meeting: Banking problems and taxes in the direction of value added are among the problems in this production unit.

He, who did not want to be named, stated: In 2006, with the participation of Bank Amel, he set up his production unit, and until 2012, I operated using personal investment.

He stated that we have obtained two operating licenses during 2007 and 2009, adding: "Unfortunately, we could not pay our bank obligations and since 2012, all banking transactions of the production unit have been cut off."

Referring to the sanctions, this economic activist said: Following the sanctions in 2012, raw materials reached ten times the price and closed the unit with thirty-five workers.

He continued: "Despite the fact that part of the facility was paid to Amel Bank, in 2014, instead of the production unit, my house document was acquired."

He added that the factory and machinery are currently in the hands of the bank, adding: "Based on a resolution passed last year, it was decided to return the contract to its original state."

The production unit investor continued: The bank is expected to return to the initial contract and release the factory document.

He considered the problems of value added and taxes as other problems facing the production unit and said: "We ask the trustees to help us solve our problems."

Conclusion of officials

The head of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of South Khorasan stated in this regard: At present, all the bank accounts of this investor have been closed and the property is in the hands of the bank.

Abbas Jorjani continued: "On the other hand, the officials are waiting for the factory to reopen, so we ask the operating bank to open the bank accounts of the investor and give him a check so that he can prepare the raw material."

Mohammad Reza Pak Gohar, the representative of the General Department of Tax Affairs of South Khorasan, also considered the value-added debt of the production unit from 2009 to 2013 and added: the principal debt is one hundred and forty-two million Tomans and the fine is four hundred and forty-four million Tomans.

He said that according to Article Sixty-seven of the Law on Direct Taxes, if the principal debt and ten percent of the fines were paid by the end of the year, the unit problem would be solved, adding: "Even now, if the principal debt and fourteen percent of the fines are paid by the production unit , Three hundred and eighty million of the fine is forgivable.

At the end of the investigation, it was decided that the principal of the debt and fourteen percent of the fines would be paid by the production unit and the rest would be forgiven.

Road stone and urban planning in the field of capital production

Examining the problems of a tourism complex under construction was another topic of the meeting.

The investor of this recreational project stated: In December 2014, I obtained a land transfer license for an area of four thousand nine hundred meters from roads and urban development to create a tourism and recreational complex.

He stated that after a six-month delay, we handed over the land in June 2015, and said: "It also took a year to obtain the necessary permits from the trustees, and the project's executive operations began on June 11, 2016."

He stated that this project has had a forty percent physical progress by the end of 2016, adding: "Due to the economic conditions and inflation created in 1397, we faced many problems."

This economic activist, stating that the government was supposed to obtain 70% of the investment facilities, added: "In 2016, we were introduced to the bank to obtain facilities, but after five months and obtaining the necessary documents, the plan was rejected due to lack of economic justification." .

The investor is not at fault

The investor stated that currently for the land for which we do not owe Rials, the road and urban development have issued a decision to expropriate and terminate the contract, adding: "This project has seventy percent physical progress and if it is completed, it will create employment for twenty-five people." .

He continued: "If my problems are not taken into account, there will be no incentive for other investors and their departure is not far from expectation."

The representative of South Khorasan Roads and Urban Development stated in this regard: the contract for this project has been extended once and the investor has promised that it will be completed within a year, but it has not been completed.

He continued: "Currently, a final vote has been taken on the termination and expropriation and there is no way back."

The Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of South Khorasan stated in this regard: This project is the most important tourism project in Ferdows.

Referring to the 70% progress of the project, Morteza Arabi said: "As the responsible body, we announced that there is no negligence on the part of the investor."
