The Deputy Representative of the Supreme Leader in the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution said that this institution has used its specialized capacity in implementing the plan to jump in the production and supply of housing and is ready to cooperate more with the government and parliament.

According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohammad Ali Rezaei stated: We expect the necessary support from the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution to participate more in the realization of the plan to jump in production and supply of housing.

The deputies of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in a public session on September 7, approved two urgent plans for a jump in production and housing supply with one hundred and sixty-nine votes in favor, thirty-three votes against and eight abstentions from a total of two hundred and thirty-three deputies present at the session. 

The Deputy Representative of the Supreme Leader in the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution pointed to the welcome of the rural housing rehabilitation project in the country and said: now (the project) is welcomed, but it requires more information to be used to use government facilities in this sector. To encourage homeowners to be safe from accidents.

Rezaei, who also had a meeting with the head of the Islamic Republic News Agency in Golestan, added: "It is good that the mass media encourage the villagers to use government facilities to rehabilitate their homes."

He added: "Now, in the rehabilitation plan, a cheap loan of five hundred million rials will be provided for the construction of each house without deposit and with a very easy chain of guarantors for those who have rural conditions."

He said: "Despite the efforts made, some villagers are still unaware of these facilities and government support programs, which should provide better conditions for the rehabilitation of rural houses across the country with more information."

Rezaei, who traveled to Golestan province to visit the housing construction process in the earthquake-stricken villages of Ramyan, said: The Golestan Housing Foundation carried out jihadi work with the start of the construction of demolition and repair houses immediately after the earthquake, which is admirable. Is.

He continued: The jihadi action of the Golestan Province Housing Foundation was carried out while the construction and repair operations should have started after the report of the General Administration and its approval in the relevant agencies and the announcement of the government, but this should start with the internal resources and capacity of the foundation. The problem of the people was solved before winter.

A 5.1 magnitude earthquake last week in Ramyan damaged 150 houses in nine villages in the central part of the city, located in the east of Golestan province.

In this regard, the Deputy Minister of Rural Reconstruction and Housing of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation also said that 2.5 million rural houses have been renovated in the form of reconstruction of housing units and rural housing improvement, which includes fifty percent of the country's total rural housing.

According to Azizullah Mehdian, there are five million and three hundred and fifty thousand housing units in the countryside of the country, which since fifteen years ago, 200 thousand units of cheap facilities have been paid every year.

According to the 2016 Population and Housing Census, the Statistics Center of Iran, out of two hundred and twenty-eight thousand rural houses in the northern province of Golestan, one hundred and twenty-eight thousand units, equivalent to about fifty-five percent, is non-resistant.

According to the same census, about half of the population of one million eight hundred and sixty-nine thousand Golestan live in rural areas of the province.
