Also, if these issues are not considered as the real priorities of the institutions, the business environment of the country will be subject to serious challenges and severe fluctuations in the effective socio-economic areas, especially in the current situation.
Referring to the factors that disrupt and facilitate business in the real and laboratory environment, he stated: "The correct and accurate selection and use of new information and communication technology tools is an effective and tested version to achieve command in the business system."
The head of the Center for Studies, Monitoring and Improving the Business Environment of the Ministry of Economy stated: The complex network of licenses in the country is considered as one of the important and vital business platforms that includes a wide range of operations and activities in different geographical locations across the country. This platform provides the possibility of guiding license applicants and tracking the licensing process in organizations and executive bodies according to the procedure specified in each license.
Firoozi said that the national portal of business licenses has been established in accordance with Article 62 of the Fifth Development Plan Law, general policies of Article 44 of the Constitution, the Law on the Elimination of Barriers to Production, the approvals of the Cabinet and the Command Headquarters of the Resistance Economy. This portal consists of four subsystems in order to achieve the design goals and has been implemented at both national and provincial levels.
Regarding the sub-systems of the National Licensing Portal, he said: "Among these sub-systems are the database of licenses and inquiries (Nama), the country's licensing system (Sam), the system for receiving follow-up reflection and handling complaints of business license applicants (Dadvar) and" Business consulting desk (helper).
According to Firoozi, according to the information of the National Licensing Portal, one of the tasks of the devices is to make inquiries in order to issue various licenses. Based on the information extracted from the review of one thousand three hundred and sixty-eight licenses, the total number of adult inquiries was ten thousand five hundred and ninety-eight. This means that if a person wants to receive all one thousand three hundred and sixty-eight licenses reviewed, he must prepare the same number of inquiry documents or payment slips and submit them to the executive bodies.
The official reminded: in fact, considering the total number of licenses, the average number of inquiries and documents for each license is eight. He also mentioned about the inquiring applicants: on the other hand, the Iranian Chamber of Trade Unions with fifty-five percent, the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture with ten percent, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance with four percent, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance with three percent and the Ministry of Industry Mining and trade accounted for three percent and a total of seventy-five percent, which are among the top five inquirers for issuing their licenses.
