Important announcement of the Ministry of Roads for the applicants of the national housing plan
The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development announced in a statement the details of the deposit account submitted by the applicants of the National Housing Plan.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, the announcement of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is as follows;
"Informs all applicants of the National Housing Action Plan that any deposit related to the contribution of the applicant of the National Housing Action Plan (including costs related to construction, preparation, etc.) should be opened only through a blocked account in the name of the applicant who information It is also specified in his profile in the system.
"Obviously, the payment of any amount outside this account is not considered as a sum of the applicants for settlement at the time of unit delivery."
According to the report, last week, the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced that most of the inaugurations of the National Housing Plan will take place next year. He said that some units of the National Housing Plan will be inaugurated during the government week. The inauguration of some remaining Mehr housing units (about 38,000 units) as well as the National Housing Plan are part of the government's weekly plans in the housing sector.
Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh reminded that the assignment of the registrants of the national housing plan has been done in the provinces, and specified: the people whose form "c" is red and whose lack of ownership has been proven will return to the national housing action cycle.
He announced the assignment of all those registered in the National Housing Plan by the end of September this year and said: "Only those who have real qualifications will remain in this plan and those who are disqualified will be excluded from this round if they cannot provide substantiated documents."
The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction added: "People who have approved the final conditions and deposit the funds announced to the bank to open a national action account, will remain in the project, that is, those who open the account and deposit within the deadline." If they do not take action, they will be considered among those eliminated from the National Housing Action Plan.
