Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction, Ministry of Roads and Urban Development: With the interaction of more agencies in the coming months, the national real estate system of the country will include all the properties of the country.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh added: "In the current situation, the country's real estate and housing system works more in the field of housing, but with the amendment of its law in the parliament; It goes beyond housing and includes other applications.

He said: "Until now, we did not have a database in the field of housing and real estate, and we had problems in planning for the housing sector."

The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development added: "The country's real estate and housing system's biggest feedback in housing planning is that the real needs of housing, both in terms of buying and selling and renting, to act as a planner and policy maker."

He said: "The information that we receive from different devices and is finally completed in this database, within the framework of the legislator's criteria, this ability to share other sections; There will be people who need this information.

Mahmoudzadeh added: "The housing system of the country, as a basic database in the country, determines what kind of ownership each land and building has with each type of use, and this is the biggest planning tool for us, and other devices can also use it."

The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development added: "After sending the first text messages to the owners of vacant houses, we will provide the first list of owners who have vacant houses to the Tax Affairs Organization by returning and refining the information."

He continued: "Using the direct access that is created for this organization, this work will continue permanently; And every time a sale or construction takes place, its information will be entered into the system to be provided to the tax administration.

Mahmoudzadeh said: "Identification of the owners of vacant houses started in February of last year and now about thirteen million and five hundred thousand owners have been identified, which is approximately forty-five to fifty percent of the country's properties."

He added: "Considering that Tehran's priority was metropolises and provincial centers, we started from these cities and this will not be a long-term task."
