The problem of marginalization is known as a potential threat to large cities. When there is no possibility of economic activity in the cities, the population is directed to Tehran and the big cities, while the mines are extensive in the country and have a great potential for job creation.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, oil has been one of the largest sources of income in the country so far, but given that this mineral has now become a worthless commodity, we must move in a direction to reduce our reliance on it.

When we talk about oil, we are more focused on one province; In this way, entrepreneurship is created only in one of the provinces of the country, provided that indigenous force is used; While the situation in the mines is not like this at all. Because our country is a mining country and we are in the mineralization zone of the Middle East, the mines in our country are extensive and have more capacity to grow employment and entrepreneurship.

Given the employment problems in the country, it should be said that the problem of marginalization is known as a potential threat to large cities. When there is no possibility of economic activity in the cities, the population is directed to Tehran and the big cities, while the mines are extensive throughout the country and have a great potential for job creation.

Since most of the country's mines are small-scale, they can be effective in employment growth. In this area, we must move in the direction of the goals of the resistance economy. The issue of resistance economy has been raised in the country for many years and one of its main principles is poverty alleviation and marginalization control. What can be in line with the goals and plans of a resilient economy and a 20-year vision document is the issue of small-scale mining prosperity.

One of the most important issues in the field of mining is the issue of access to roads and railways. Fortunately, after the revolution, we have had a good growth in infrastructures such as roads, electricity, etc .; As a result, the conditions for the emergence of small mines in the country are provided.

Of course, small mines also have problems, and it can be said that the mining sector in the country is an orphan; This means that it has received less attention. If we look at the budgets of different economic sectors, we find that the number of this index in the mining sector is very low. The facilities allocated to other industries and sectors and the loans granted to other sectors all show that small industries and mines are weak and have been neglected.

In the meantime, although we have banks and insurance in the name of the mining sector, small mines have not been able to be activated as they should be due to their support.
