Head of Zanjan Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization: In the first quarter of this year, thirteen inactive mines in Zanjan Province were revived and returned to the province's economic cycle.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Nasser Faghfouri stated: During the first quarter of this year, thirteen inactive mines in Zanjan province were revived and returned to the economic cycle of the province. In order to implement the government's policy of activating inactive mines and industries, thirteen inactive and expandable mines were revived in the province.
He added: "In this regard, the Silence Organization of the province has monitored the problems of the mines and after examining the economic justification of the mines and their ability to develop, by providing solutions such as new investors entering the mine, new marketing and solving the problem of opponents to activate these mines." he did.
The official continued: three mines activated in the granite field, two mines in the industrial soil sector and four travertine mines in the province were rehabilitated and returned to the production cycle. The rest of the mines activated in the field are silica, carcass stone, clay and magnetite.
Faghfouri added: "Currently, we have about seventy inactive mines in the field of mining, some of which have no economic justification, and now the ministry must move towards building large-scale mines so that one can make new discoveries."
The head of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of Zanjan Province reminded: In 1397, one hundred and twelve mines in Zanjan Province received bill of lading; This means that one hundred and twelve mines extract and sell minerals, and last year, one hundred and ninety mines were issued bill of lading, and during the first four months of this year, about two hundred and fifty mines were issued.
He pointed out: in 1394, the government salary received from the mines was seven billion Tomans, in 1395 to eleven billion Tomans, in 1396 to eighteen billion Tomans and in 1397 to twenty-three billion Tomans, which last year the government salary received was thirty. Two billion tomans increased and this year's estimate is that the figure of thirty-three billion tomans will be the first point of realization of government rights and collection from mines, which will reach forty billion tomans if the conditions for mining activities improve.
