Signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the Russian Export Center and the Mining Engineering Organization of Iran
The subject of the memorandum is cooperation between the parties to facilitate and support Iran's mines and mining complexes for better implementation and empowerment by the technologies of the Russian company to know the capacities, equipment, machinery and knowledge in various stages of mining, such as mining, Excavation, processing, HSEE training courses, technology transfer, bilateral pilot projects, and the like, leading to the development as well as the development of Iran's mining sector.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, at the beginning of the meeting, Pavel Bukhanov, the representative of Russian exports to Iran, which is a 100% governmental organization, expressed his satisfaction with the establishment of this relationship.
The head of the organization, Taghi Nabi, said: "This memorandum is for bilateral cooperation between Iran and Russia." In fact, it can have bilateral cooperation in the field of exploration and processing.
He added: "The mining engineering system is the largest organization in the country and has more than forty-one full members from undergraduate to doctoral from domestic and foreign universities."
According to Nabi, we currently have more than 2,000 legal members and the organization is represented in 31 provinces.
He added: "This organization has high hopes for this memorandum." "Iran welcomes in-depth exploration and mineral processing, as the country's policy is to prevent the export of raw materials, and the Russian Export Center can be of great help in this area, and this will lead to more cooperation."
Referring to the field of machinery, Bukhanov added: "The facility is provided within the framework of this contract." There are several issues in this agreement.
According to him, today we have both Russian equipment and equipment under license that can be used.
He added: "We have a special program from the Russian government that has modern and advanced equipment and provides full support for exports."
If our Russian-made equipment is imported, we can offer banking facilities with lower interest rates than European ones. In fact, there is a list of 2,500 pieces of equipment that the government supports if they are on this list.
"One hundred percent of Russian companies are interested in this issue and are ready to develop the business so that services can be provided," Pavel Bukhanov told reporters about the establishment of a brand sales agency in Iran. Of course, our main problem is the right connection that has not been made. This memorandum can make a potential connection.
He continued: this connection should be made softer and easier than before.
