Investment of six hundred billion rials to explore mineral reserves
Director of Exploration of the Organization for Development and Renovation of Mines and Mineral Industries of Iran: The amount of investment of this organization in the eleventh and twelfth governments (so far) in the field of exploration of mineral reserves has reached six hundred billion rials.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Ali Asgharzadeh added: "The scope of this organization's exploration operations in the country has now exceeded six hundred and eighty-eight thousand square kilometers and more than half of this figure began in the past two years."
He added: The peak of exploration activities began in the second half of 1397, and since then, about three hundred and eighty thousand square kilometers of exploration operations have been carried out in the areas, which amounted to one thousand and five hundred billion rials investment in this sector.
Asgharzadeh added about the general performance of the exploration field under the management of Imidro: So far, one hundred and four study zones of the province with an area of more than six hundred and sixty eight thousand square kilometers have been assigned to Imidro, its subsidiaries and private sector consortium.
He pointed out that the area of the liberated zones in the identification or search phase is four hundred and fifty-five thousand square kilometers, he said: the zones assigned to the private sector sixty-six thousand square kilometers and zones that are working to identify and search one hundred And it is forty-six thousand square kilometers.
Imidro Exploration Director announced: Recently, 61 licenses for anomalies resulting from the exploration operations of the zones have been issued by Imidro's Executive Board in order to transfer them to the private sector.
Seven hundred and fifty-nine hopeful range
About the results of the exploration operation, Imidro Exploration Director said: "After the operation, in the identification and tracing phases, about seven hundred and fifty-nine promising areas have been obtained, which have been explored for two hundred and eighty-one areas, and the rest to the Industry, Mining and The trade of the respective provinces has been transferred to the private sector by holding a public auction.
Issuance of one hundred and ten exploration licenses and discovery certificates
Asgharzadeh on the results of exploration operations of Imidro zones, subsidiaries and private sector consortiums, added: And a certificate of discovery has been issued.
