Twenty or twenty-five years working in a mine is not easy at all; Hard-working retirees, who have generally worked in very difficult and arduous activities, are not satisfied with what they receive these days; Many of these retirees are on the minimum or on the edge of the minimum.

Proportional formulas without a hard and harmful history

But another problem plaguing these retirees in August of this year is the Social Security Administration's flexibility formulas, which seem to have ignored a difficult and damaging history.

Pursuant to part (one) of paragraph (b) of the Law Amending the Two Additional Note to Article Seventy-Six of the Law Amending Articles Seventy-Two and Seventy-Seven and the Note to Article Seventy-Six of the Social Security Law approved in 1975 and adding two notes to Article Seventy Six approvals of 1371, which were approved on 07/14/2001: "Every year, the history of paying insurance premiums for hard and harmful work will be calculated for one and a half years."

 However, social security tables and formulas do not take into account the increased years of hard and harmful jobs, and practically ignore the hard and harmful history of people who have retired using this law.

"The Social Security Administration should reconsider its formulas and equations so that the rights of retirees are not further lost," said the mine retiree.

Concerns about implementing adaptation

The adjustment of social security pensioners' salaries is scheduled to take effect in August; All the hopes of retirees living below the poverty line are the same adjustment that has been promised to retirees since the beginning of the year and is set to materialize in the fifth month of the year.

Retirees are hard and harmful but dissatisfied with this discrimination and neglect of their years; In recent days, pension centers in various provinces have issued statements protesting the matching formulas; For example, in a letter to the CEO of the Social Security Organization, the Khorasan-e-Razavi Retired Workers' Association protested against the non-calculation of increased years due to hard and harmful jobs in proportioning salaries and benefits: "This is a clear violation of the relevant laws. Because the legislator due to non-standard physical, chemical, mechanical and biological factors of the work environment that leads to stress higher than normal capacity (physical and mental) in employees of such jobs and the result, occupational disease and its complications Has been with them until the end of their lives, has considered and approved the activity for one and a half years every year, and this law has no other interpretation and any misunderstanding of it and wrong decision in this regard will cause losses. The material involved in the plan will be to adjust the salaries and benefits of retirees and will lead to dissatisfaction and reaction among them. More importantly, in proportion to the "four" and "six" parts of paragraph "b" of the single article, the employer must pay four percent for the premium and four percent for the pension of this group so that the applicant retires and will not retire until this eight percent is paid. Took. "This means that the premiums for the grace years will be paid before retirement."

Retirees in Isfahan, Tehran and other provinces have also been discriminated against and unfairly protested; Retirees say: When the real representatives of the retirees themselves have no involvement in the decisions and formulations, it is clear that the outputs can not be satisfactory.

Retired representatives should be able to take an active part in matters related to their destiny and all decisions and calculations related to salaries should be made with their votes and signatures; Except the property and assets of the Social Security Organization do not belong to the workers and retirees themselves; So why do others decide to allocate these resources in an unfair way ?!

MPs enter the issue

Retirees' dissatisfaction with members of parliament has also spread; In a letter to the Minister of Labor, Abbas Moqtadaei (Member of the Eleventh Majlis) asked him to address the issue of ignoring the years of hard and harmful retirees and to make proportional calculations from the beginning, observing the rights of these retirees.

The mine retiree, however, says that if the members of parliament want to enter into the problems and demands of the retirees, they must defend the demands and concerns of the retirees in principle; Sometimes it seems that talking about a worker and a retiree is just a propaganda and media gesture and in practice nothing happens! What have these members of parliament done so far to pay the government's debts to the organization, so that we can now expect to receive my pension as a miner ?!

Before the end of August and the payment of this month's pension, the problem of difficult and harmful retirees must be determined; If pay slips are issued without regard to a history of hard work, it will no longer be easy to rectify, and that is precisely why miner retirees with lungs full of coal smoke are working these days and using all possible channels.
