Endowments build 50,000 housing units on endowed lands for the people
In a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the Endowment Organization has pledged to build up to 50,000 housing units on endowment lands and deliver them to eligible individuals under the National Housing Action Plan.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, a memorandum of understanding for the construction of 50,000 housing units on endowed lands was signed in the presence of Hojjatoleslam and Muslims, Seyed Mehdi Khamoushi, head of the Endowment and Charity Organization, and Mohammad Eslami, Minister of Roads and Urban Development.
In this memorandum, the Endowment and Charity Organization undertakes to build up to 50,000 housing units out of 400,000 housing units in the "National Housing Action Plan" (permanent housing) in the endowed lands, according to the capacity of the seized endowed lands; The Endowment Organization has also pledged to complete the construction of these housing units within the next 40 months.
The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is also committed to allocating all incentives in the "National Housing Action Plan", including construction bank facilities and subsidies related to this project.
The important point in this memorandum is that the builder of these houses in the endowment lands will also be the Endowment and Charity Organization; The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development will also select eligible individuals and introduce them to the Endowment and Charity Organization.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has planned the "National Housing Action Plan" in the form of the construction of four hundred thousand housing units in order to help provide housing for young couples, primary care homes and homeless people.
