Details of cheap housing construction Price by Mostazafan Foundation; From providing free land to free loans
The head of the Foundation for the Underprivileged explained the details of the plan to build affordable housing for the country's deprived.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Parviz Fattah stated in today's press conference: "Last week, in a letter to the speaker of the parliament, we announced our readiness to build affordable housing for the deprived."
He added that in this project, Dadak will have land everywhere in Iran that will be used to build housing for the deprived. This requires a change of user, which the government must do.
He said that the government is responsible for providing the required infrastructure such as water, electricity, gas, etc., adding: to build cheap housing, the price of free cement will be provided by the Foundation for the Underprivileged as much as needed.
The head of the Foundation for the Underprivileged said: "In addition, some materials such as tiles and rebar will be provided for free for the affordable housing of the deprived." Free loans will also be provided for support institutions.
According to Fattah, the construction of these units is also carried out by the foundation's subsidiaries without any profit and based on government duties.
