Friday Imam of Mahallat city: The return of 15% of the government rights of the mines that the exploiters of this city pay to the government treasury is a rightful demand of this class.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hojjatoleslam Mehdi Rabbani, in a meeting with the Chief Justice of Markazi Province, added: "This is the right of the miners who have not been paid to the city and the mining area for years."
He stated: According to Article 37 of the executive regulations of the mines, the exploiters and miners must first supply the raw material of the industrial units of the region and then sell the surplus.
The Friday prayer leader of Mahallat city continued: this law is not applied in Mahallat city and stone production units are forced to buy from brokers at high prices instead of buying directly from the mine.
Hojjatoleslam Rabbani continued: Due to the non-implementation of this law and the high price of raw materials, out of three hundred and thirty stone-cutting units in Mahallat city, only seventy-five units are active and some mines in Mahallat city sell the stone to brokers in advance.
The Friday prayer leader of Mahallat city added: Legal cases are the highest number of cases that are filed in the judiciary of this city.
Hojjatoleslam Rabbani stated: The new approaches of the judiciary have increased the satisfaction of the citizens.
The Chief Justice of Markazi Province also stated in this meeting, referring to the difficulty of judging: it is more difficult than judging the judicial management.
Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Abdul Mahdi Mousavi stated: With the application of new methods by the head of the judiciary, the judiciary has become a refuge for demanding the rights of the people.
He added: "The purpose of the transformation in the judiciary is to increase public trust and public satisfaction with this judiciary and better administration of justice from the judiciary."
The Chief Justice of Markazi Province continued: "The dynamism and health of the judiciary in the fight against corruption is essential to achieve these goals."
Hojjatoleslam Mousavi, stating that the judges of Markazi province are honest, clarified: According to the emphasis of the Supreme Leader, the left and right should not have an impact on the judgments, and this is done with sensitivity in judicial actions.
He pointed out that economic fluctuations sometimes violate the civil obligation of the people, he said: Delaying the trial and people coming and going to the judiciary should not increase the concerns of citizens.
The Chief Justice of Markazi Province pointed out: Reducing the inventory of judicial cases and respecting the dignity of the people, even if they are accused of murder, is on the agenda of the country's judiciary.
Hojjatoleslam Mousavi considered the expression of the successes of the judiciary as propaganda of the truth and continued: The clerics and Friday prayer leaders have an important role in preventing the occurrence of crime and increasing the resilience of the people.
Meetings with judges, visits to prisons, reviewing the problems of the judiciary in Mahallat city and visiting production units are among the plans of the Chief Justice of Markazi province in Mahallat city.
