Reduce the process of starting a business to three days
The physical unit window for starting a business, which reduces the process of starting a business from seventy-two days to three days, was recently opened in Tehran. In this regard, this single window will be opened in four other provinces tomorrow.

In the meantime, one of the important components in the business environment is related to "starting a business"; In Iran, due to the multiplicity of laws and decision-making and licensing systems, the process that an economic activist has to go through to start his business has been calculated for an average of seventy-two days.
This means that a person has to pass between different devices for seventy-two days in order to start his business. Of course, these seventy-two days are the average number, and the number of days waiting to start work will definitely be more than this number. This causes the person to lose motivation to enter the job. On the other hand, the long process of starting a business has made Iran rank one hundred and seventy-eight out of one hundred and ninety countries in the "Starting a Business" index.
The Supreme Leader of the Revolution had recently emphasized the importance of this issue; Speaking in a video conference with producers and workers, he described the lack of a single business window as an obstacle to facilitating business licensing and criticized the lengthy licensing process.
In this regard, the National Center for Business Environment Studies and Monitoring in recent months has sought to launch a physical window to start a business with the cooperation of neighboring agencies to focus on activities, business licensing process from an average of seventy And reduced from two days to three days, and finally, after thorough examinations, on June 10, this single window started working in the Chamber of Commerce.
Single window will start operating in four provinces from tomorrow
Considering that this single window is currently active only in Tehran, it was decided to prepare a single physical window for starting a business in four cities of Isfahan, Tabriz, Shiraz and Mashhad, which in this regard, according to Firoozi, head of the monitoring center And improving the business environment of the Ministry of Economy Tomorrow, Sunday, August 25, a single window will be officially opened in these four provinces in the presence of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance.
According to Firoozi, the implementation of the steps of direct tax registration and receiving the economic code, as well as VAT registration in the process of the physical unit window of starting a business in Tehran and the four above-mentioned provinces only in accordance with Circular No. 19487 dated 20/2/2013 The Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance regarding the amendment of the articles of the second chapter of the executive by-law, subject to the note of three articles of one hundred and sixty-nine of the law of direct taxes (amended on 31/4/94) and also the instruction No. 506/200/99 dated 2/21/2013 The Tax Affairs Organization of the country is informed about Article 18 of the Value Added Tax Law of the country. The country's tax affairs organization is also obliged to provide the necessary information about the above-mentioned circular to the authorities and organizations that need an economic code to provide services.
