Chairman of the Mining Commission of the Iranian Stone Association: The performance of ministries and government organizations in relation to their governance duties has been weak. These sets do not raise the rules very well and have not been able to succeed in enforcing them or bypassing them easily and creating new obstacles for economic actors by issuing contradictory and numerous directives.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, we have a problem of weak supervision in the mining sector, in the meantime, the government is not performing its supervisory duty well, and as a result, we are witnessing the growth of bureaucracy. Let's not forget that the supervision of the mining sector is very important and the miners should be aware of its differences with other sectors. Working within the range, the type of mineral, its quality and grade is an important issue, but we see that sometimes a person with the conditions can not continue to work properly, but suddenly another person does the same thing easily.

Unfortunately, the administrative bureaucracy in our country is very extensive and still continues. Thus, it can be said that the performance of ministries and government agencies in relation to their governance duties has been weak. These sets do not raise the rules very well and have not been able to succeed in enforcing them or bypassing them easily and creating new obstacles for economic actors by issuing contradictory and numerous directives.

Interestingly, administrative bureaucracy is not limited to mining. We have seen many times that not only in the mining sector but in all fields, there is a problem that the obstacles of administrative bureaucracy are growing. In the meantime, managers have a significant role in reducing administrative bureaucracy. In fact, contractionary managers seek to exercise their power and exploit the weaknesses of the law, but managers who seek only the exercise of management always take advantage of the positive aspects of the law. Meanwhile, if our managers focus on the strengths of the law in all areas, it will provide a platform for investment in various sectors, including mining in the country, and will lead to the growth of society.
