The Mining Investment Insurance Fund is one of the main pillars of this plan, and these agreements are among the requirements for advancing the goals in the field of financing, in order to create sustainable employment in the rural and nomadic sector.

According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, the Mining Investment Insurance Fund signed a bilateral memorandum of understanding with the Omid Creativity Fund in order to achieve the goals of production and sustainable development in the rural and nomadic mines sector.

In order to achieve the goals of sustainable development in rural and nomadic mines, in accordance with the vision document of Horizon 1404 of the Islamic Republic of Iran and with the approach of expanding cooperation to strengthen, produce and create sustainable rural employment and sustainable development in the mining sector, to ensure All facilities received by the miners, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Mining Investment Insurance Fund and the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund to finance the development of small-scale mines.

This memorandum is to provide facilities to applicants from the combined resources of Omid Entrepreneurship Fund with the National Development Fund, to finance projects in the mining sector and mining industries, including the supply of machinery, mining and processing equipment and other projects related to mining operations. From domestic or foreign companies and their authorized agencies in the field of development and creation of sustainable employment, to applicants introduced by the work of national or provincial groups in accordance with the relevant regulations and agreements to provide working capital to the nominees of the Capital Insurance Fund Mining activities were concluded in exchange for a credit insurance guarantee issued by the insurance fund.

It is worth mentioning that the facility fee for the projects is 4% for rural and nomadic border areas and 6% for non-border and non-border nomadic villages.
