Fifteen kilometers of access road to Mahabad mines
The Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of West Azerbaijan announced the implementation of a 15-kilometer access road to the mines of Mahabad.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Parisa Abedpour, while visiting the process of implementing the infrastructure project of the access road to the mines of Mahabad city, stated: This project is running for 15 km, which in the first phase is approximately 10 km long with the participation of the Development Organization. Renovation of Iran's mines and mining industries has been implemented and the second phase with a length of five kilometers is in the infrastructure phase, which in the near future we will see the opening of the first phase.
He added: "Infrastructure projects, including the construction and improvement of access roads to the province's mines, electricity and water supply to the mines will be implemented from the government rights of the province's mine-rich areas, and the villages along the province's mines will benefit from these projects." be.
Abedpour stated: At present, Mahabad city has seventy-three mines with valid exploitation licenses with an extraction volume of more than six hundred and fifty-two thousand and fourteen areas with valid exploration licenses, which provide direct employment for more than three hundred people in these mines. has been prepared.
