Two thousand five hundred hectares of urban space will be allocated for housing construction
Chairman of the Civil Commission of the Majles: An agreement has been reached between the Ministers of Roads and Urban Development and the Agricultural Jihad to provide more than two thousand five hundred hectares of land in the cities to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for housing production.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Mohammad Reza Rezaei Kochi, on the sidelines of today's meeting of the Civil Commission of the Parliament with the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, said: And urban planning is working.
He said: "In this meeting, it was agreed with the Minister of Roads and Urban Development that construction projects will be carried out for next year, so we will increase financial resources and the capacities of the private sector and the country's liquidity will be used to strengthen construction projects."
The head of the Civil Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly stated: In this meeting, four members of the Assembly raised their questions with the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, and after hearing the Islamic answers, all of them were satisfied.
Pointing out that housing is one of the priorities of the parliament, Rezaei Kochi said: "Unfortunately, land in our country is very expensive and we are looking for cheap and suitable land."
He added: "An agreement has been reached between the Ministers of Roads and Urban Development and Jihad Agriculture that more than two thousand five hundred hectares of land in the cities will be given to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for housing production."
The head of the Civil Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly said: "Also, with the help of banks, we are looking to be able to do something with reasonable interest rates and cheap rates, so that the lower middle classes of the society can own a house."
Rezaei Kochi emphasized: "Also, agreements have been reached with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to provide cheap materials to housing producers and the people, and we are very optimistic that with the interaction of the parliament and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, we will see significant housing production."
