Zali considered the presentation of the proposal on how to determine the foreign currency debt of production units included in part "d" of paragraph six of the Budget Law of 2009 as one of the issues raised in this week's meeting of the Production Facilitation and Barriers Headquarters and noted: Bank debt of production units, it was found that the situation of bank debt of about one hundred and twenty production units is unresolved, and if the task of these units is not determined as soon as possible, being on the list of non-current debtors and deprivation of banking services, the risk of many problems These units exist.
He pointed out that the suspension of the restrictions contained in Articles 5 and 21 of the "Check Amendment Law" law in the year of the production leap was another focus of this meeting; Especially since previously, units with at least one hundred workers who were subject to the restrictions of these two legal articles due to returned checks, such as receiving a batch of checks and issuing new checks in the Sayad system and using occasional checks, as well as opening accounts or receiving bank facilities Were exempt from these restrictions; But now, in the meeting of the headquarters for facilitating and removing barriers to production, it was decided that producers with fifty employees and above will be exempted from these conditions, and the relevant proposal will be reflected to the cabinet. Units prevented.
Zali added: The last agenda of today was the announcement of the required banking facilities in the industry and mining sector this year in order to maintain the current situation and achieve a production leap, which was presented by the Deputy Minister of Planning and the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. , In the next meeting of the headquarters, to present the necessary report on how to pay the facilities by the end of the year separately for the operating banks.
