We pay more attention to the importance of mining prosperity in these provinces when we travel to these areas closely. For example, when we go to Kurdistan, we see young men in their twenties and sixties who, for a maximum of two hundred thousand tomans with minimal facilities in cold and heat, buy the impassable mountain path so that they may be able to bring bread to their table.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, deprived areas and border provinces have rich mineral reserves, including bitumen and gold mines in Ilam province, iron, silica, gold mines, decorative stone mines in Kurdistan province, and gold and copper mines in Sistan and Baluchestan provinces. Balochistan pointed out.

Given that most of the residents of these areas are unemployed and have employment problems, more government attention to the growth of exploration and mining activities can solve this problem and lead to economic prosperity in these provinces and eventually the whole country.

Change the parameters

Mokhtar Heydari, head of the House of Industry and Mining of Ilam province, said: "Unfortunately, the mines in this province have not yet reached a position that will cause significant economic growth in the region." In the meantime, we must change the characteristics and parameters that we consider for the mines of Ilam province.

The head of the Ilam Province House of Industry and Mines pointed out that Ilam province is one of the least prosperous areas, noting that the existence of mines in this province is a great blessing for economic progress. Since Iraq is on the same border as Ilam, it is considered a useful target market that can help the province's economic growth and the country's overall currency appreciation. Iraq is rebuilding and rehabilitating the wreckage of the war, in the meantime Ilam's minerals can be used to grow the country's infrastructure.

Pointing to the importance of the government's role-playing in this regard, Heydari said: "The government should consider supportive incentives for the growth of the Ilam mines and the expansion of cooperation with Iraq." In fact, the government must take into account the positive parameters for the mining and mineral industries of the border provinces. For example, try to refuel heavy machinery in the area or provide facilities for its production; Because heavy machinery uses a lot of fuel and the cost of fuel is staggering for the people of this area.

The head of the House of Industry and Mining of Ilam Province, referring to the measures that should be taken by the government for the mines of Ilam Province, clarified: Government facilities should be accompanied by low profits and long repayment period, as well as the implementation of tax exemptions that sometimes for Ilam Province Measures should be taken to avoid paperwork.

Noting that the government should have a clear guideline, he said: "There should be a clear and detailed guideline for the miner to know what is going on, not to submit a regulation once a month that violates the previous regulations and confuses them." Create a miner.

Referring to the role of mining in the growth of employment in Ilam province, Heidari said: "If we have a strategic view of mines like other countries, we can move towards increasing employment." Wherever mines have grown with the positive attitude of managers, the investor has entered the area because he feels safe. Therefore, in the cycle of creation and growth of mines or mining industries in certain regions, the utmost cooperation should be between the government and the private sector. This will subconsciously lead to the growth of development and employment in the province.

In the end, the head of the Industry and Mining House of Ilam Province emphasized: When the view is that the mines can currency and create jobs, many government actions will change direction. In the meantime, we expect the government to allow each province to independently issue a mining directive and decide on its capacity.

He stressed: "The country in Tehran and the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade cannot be summarized, because with this process, it will take about three years to monitor each region and province, which is an erosive and time-consuming task."

Beyond digging

Abdullah Kardani, head of the House of Industry and Mining of Kurdistan Province, said: Kurdistan is the sixth country in the country in terms of mineral reserves with rich and diverse mines such as iron, silica, gold, decorative stones and marble; Therefore, if the minerals of this region are properly extracted and the conditions for their processing are provided, it can be said with certainty that the mine will contribute to the economic development of this province.

The head of the House of Industry and Mining of Kurdistan Province stated: The growth of exploration, extraction and processing contributes the most to the growth of employment in the region. Creating jobs in the region means preventing an unorthodox or unconventional practice such as colberty and peddling. Since residents have to pay for their lives, they are forced to move to Colbury; But if the mines are activated, surely no one will be willing to risk their lives for one hundred or two hundred thousand tomans.

Referring to the weak economic situation in Kurdistan province, Kardani said: "Today, the economic situation in the country is unsatisfactory and Kurdistan province is not unaffected by this situation." This is because Kurdistan is one of the least affected areas. However, mines have grown in recent years and driven the production chain. In the meantime, we expect the province's mines to grow further.

He stressed that the authorities should help to implement the mining projects that have been overhauled in the presence of high-ranking officials, and not to eat in the corners.

The need for economic stability

The head of the Kurdistan Province Chamber of Industry and Mines, referring to his request to the government, said: "We expect the government to provide economic stability and try to stabilize the country's economic situation under any circumstances." This is because the weakness in stabilizing this important issue hinders the activity and prosperity of the province.

Criticizing the high interest rates of banks, Kardani said: "With the amount of interest that banks receive, production in the mining sector can not grow globally." We ask the government to provide the province's mining and production sector with special facilities. It also simplifies the conditions for obtaining facilities and reducing bank interest rates in the mining sector.

He stressed: "Mineral exports must be competitive so that activists in this sector can show their capabilities in the global arena." This can be fruitful with government support.
