Delivery of land for the construction of fifty-two thousand national housing units
Chairman of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution: The Housing Foundation has handed over new grounds for the construction of fifty-two thousand residential units in the National Housing Project and has started the construction of six thousand residential units in different provinces.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Alireza Tabesh said: The Housing Foundation has recently handed over new lands for the construction of national housing, which is equivalent to fifty-two thousand housing units.
He said: "Housing Foundation has undertaken the construction of one hundred and thirty thousand units in the national housing project in different cities, and so far, equivalent to fifty-three thousand housing units, land has been handed over to this foundation."
According to Tabesh, 12,000 housing units are in the design stage, and construction of 6,000 housing units has begun.
The head of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution announced the 20 to 30 percent progress of the National Housing Houses and said: "We are consulting with the mass builders for the remaining units and the designs are being completed for the part that the foundation is responsible for building them." At the same time, we hope that the banks will provide credit on time so that the construction process can be completed sooner.
According to the report, in order to help provide housing, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has planned the "National Housing Action Plan" in the form of the construction of 400,000 housing units. The Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution manages the construction of 100,000 housing units of this program in the country's cities, with priority given to cities with a population of less than 100,000.
