Head of Iran's Mining House: Today, due to economic conditions, the cost of mining is increasing day by day; So the best alternative is to take advantage of new technologies. We have to look at the country's mining sector as a sector with a lot of quality and advantages and try to improve it.

According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, we cannot develop in the mining sector without a future research. Minerals are locked into human life, and due to declining oil revenues, they are one of the few resources that humans need in the future. In some countries, mining actually hinders mining activities.

In the meantime, since our country is very young in the mining sector, we must operationalize the upgrade of equipment and technology and try to take advantage of the latest technology in the world. Today, due to economic conditions, the cost of mining is increasing day by day; So the best alternative is to take advantage of new technologies. We have to look at the country's mining sector as a sector with a lot of quality and advantages and try to improve it.

Since the cost of exploration in each sector is high and we are currently facing the problem of mineral depletion; Using modern technology is a good alternative. Also, since all the world's major companies are researching and improving, we need to be able to look at mining as an advantage. Let's not forget that Iran's development depends on industry and mining, because we can be the main provider of primary resources for neighboring countries. This has made the quality and development of the mine more valuable.

Mining engineering is one of the jobs that the country needs in the near future. The country's macro-policies must be in line with this. Also, conditions should be provided for attracting graduates of this field in all related enterprises and companies. When that happens in the country, the outlook on the economy changes dramatically, and the oil economy is declining.

Of course, fortunately, this situation is becoming operational, and views on the mining sector have increased. What matters is proper management; Therefore, one of the needs of the mining sector is to train managers with tact. As we know, development cannot happen without quality managers.
