The banking network owns 2,400 production units
Secretary of the National Working Group on Facilitation and Elimination of Production Barriers: The banking network has acquired or closed about 2,400 production units, and we must take action to activate them in the year of the production leap.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Meysam Zali added: "If we do not take the issue of the entry of the banking network into the ownership of production units seriously, many other production units may be closed or may be taken over by the banks."
He added: "These conditions are not right and if the production unit has enough collateral, it should not impose many restrictions on the payment of facilities to it or take ownership of it."
Zali added: "If the financial value of a factory is three hundred billion tomans, the facilities should not be mortgaged to the bank to receive fifteen billion tomans as collateral."
Referring to the various problems of production units, the official added: "If Article 60 of the Law on Facilitating and Removing Barriers to Production, which deals with the problems of production units and determining the duties of their arrears, is implemented, many industrial problems will be solved." The judiciary will be prevented.
He added: "In order to settle overdue debts of production units, a working group consisting of a legal expert should be formed by the production unit, the representative of the banks and the headquarters to facilitate and remove production barriers and make decisions to solve these problems."
In the continuation of this meeting, the problems of several production units of the province were discussed.
Qazvin province has 4,000 production units and about 50 units of the province have been taken over by banks.
