Issuance of three times the mining license in Sabzevar

Governor of Sabzevar: During the last seven years and in the government of prudence and hope, the issuance of mining licenses in this city has tripled.

According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Ahmad Baradaran added: At the beginning of the 1390s, the number of mining licenses in Sabzevar was fifty-five, which has now increased to one hundred and forty-nine.

He continued: Sabzevar city with the benefit of all kinds of metal and non-metallic minerals including chromite, manganese, limestone, aluminum, various types of building stones and carcass stones is one of the mineral poles of Khorasan Razavi.

The governor of Sabzevar said: "Also, during the last year, ten mines with an investment of one hundred and sixteen billion rials have been activated in the field of exploitation and extraction of various minerals and chromite minerals in this city."

Referring to the prevention of the sale of raw minerals, he added: "In recent years, with the establishment of processing units in the mines of this city, favorable measures have been taken."

The brothers continued: "Also, with the construction of a ferrosilicon manganese factory with a daily production of 80 tons and job creation for five hundred people, with the investment of a Chinese company that is in the final stage, the Mengz mines of Sabzevar region will be activated."

Increase parliamentary oversight

The people's representative of Sabzevar, Joven, Jaghtai, Khoshab, Davarzan and Sheshtmad in the Islamic Consultative Assembly said: the Assembly should be transformed from a law-making factory into a powerful monitoring structure.

Ali Asghar Anabestani added: "Many laws have been drafted to solve the country's problems, which in the current situation require the implementation of these laws, and no one should allow himself not to implement the law and parliamentary resolutions under any pretext."

He continued: "The law on improving the business environment, the law on the productivity of agricultural products and the law on competition are some of these progressive and unique laws in the Islamic Republic that have not been properly implemented so far."

The MP said that more than 80% of the MPs' time has been spent on legislation and that their oversight task has been neglected and needs to be strengthened.

Another representative of the people of Sabzevar in the Islamic Consultative Assembly also said: the establishment of an investment office in this city provides the ground for the participation and attraction of entrepreneurs and private sector investors.

Referring to the full-scale economic war of the enemy, Behrouz Mohebbi added: "Passing through these conditions requires the empathy of forces, officials, people and jihadi work."

Sabzevar is located two hundred and thirty kilometers west of Mashhad.
