He reminded: the reason for the large gap between these twelve thousand people who have signed a contract with Amel Bank and the twenty-seven thousand people introduced to the bank is that Amel Bank is the first installment of the facility after the completion of 20% process progress. Construction pays the applicants for the renovation of worn-out tissue; This means that after obtaining a building permit, starting construction operations and completing the foundation operations, the construction will reach the 20% stage that the operating bank of the housing sector will deposit the first installment of the worn-out tissue renovation facility.

This builder can use up to one hundred million tomans of housing facility bonds paid by the operating bank of the housing sector, which will increase the total ceiling of this loan to three hundred and fifty million tomans.

Regarding the fact that some applicants for construction permits complain about the lack of cooperation from the municipalities regarding the free granting of these permits, Abouri said: In the contexts and target areas in Tehran, the issuance of construction permits is completely free; We have also signed a memorandum of understanding with the country's Building Engineering System Organization, according to which 50% of the costs of designing, supervising and constructing construction in the worn-out area will be deducted from the provincial engineering engineering organizations in the provinces.
